Operate and monitor pharmaceutical packaging equipment including blister machines, bottle fillers, and labelers. Perform line clearances, complete batch documentation, and conduct in-process quality checks.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed blister packaging lines. Perform changeovers, adjust machine settings, and monitor vision inspection systems. Experience with Uhlmann, IMA, or Marchesini is a plus.

Receive, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods within our FDA-registered warehouse. Pick and stage materials, perform cycle counts, and maintain inventory records. Forklift certification required within 30 days.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished pharmaceutical packaging. Document results in batch records, identify non-conforming materials, and escalate quality issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical packaging equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.

Lead a team of 6-8 packaging operators on an assigned production line. Coordinate daily assignments, ensure schedules are met, and train new operators. 2+ years packaging operator experience required.

Operate forklifts within our temperature-controlled cold storage warehouse (2-8°C). Move pharmaceutical products between cold storage, staging areas, and production suites. Valid forklift certification required.
